Agents submit cargo tonnage(s) associated with an individual vessel to determine the Waterway User Fee Register as an Agent			Terminal Representatives submit a monthly summary of cargo tonnages transferred at the terminal, which are used to determine the Waterway User and Service Fees (Form 2112). All Terminal User accounts must be approved by SNND before being activated. If registering as a Terminal User, you will receive an email when your account is officially approved.
